Don't like online vendors bend selection..choices?

If I don't like the choices of an online retailors bands...would it be wise to still purchase the diamond loose and buy a band elsewhere? or will they jack up the price of the installation on me?

Check before you buy. Some jewelers have no problem setting a diamond you've bought elsewhere. Other jewelers won't touch it.
