You haven't given us enough information.
Unmounted VVS melee at retail jewelers in Aspen Colorado would cost about $3,000/carat if you could find someone to sell it to you. Pawn shops in Tulsa seem to pay about $100/carat. This leaves a pretty big range depending on what your asking about. Can you tell us more?
