Maybe you guys are right. I love my diamond, and I had great customer service when I bought it. But they forgot to send the Gemprint with it. It's been a month, since I bought it and no Gemprint. I sent 2 emails in the last 7 days, and all of a sudden they are not responding. Great price to make the sell, and now it's like I don't exist. Maybe next time, I will consider a B & M store.......Correction, they took care of their mistake and appologize.

Have you tried to call them rather than just emailing?

oh no!
I've heard such great things about them!
I'm sure that Megan is right - give them call, maybe something is just wrong with their email servers or something silly like that.

Let us know!

Yeah your right, maybe something just went wrong with the email. I will get a hold of Scott the owner, and let you know what happens

When in doubt, go straight for the top. That way, there's little chance of miscommunication.

purpleeagle,

You may want to ask them to reply to your email when they have shipped the report. This will not only confirm that they received your email and their shipment, but will also give you a good idea of exactly when you should expect to receive it.

Glad everything worked out. :)

Good advice Megan, but actually Scott felt bad about the mistake, and he sent me the Fed Ex tracking number without me even asking. I should have just contacted him sooner, instead of allowing myself to get upset. :)
