I am trying to find out if a 3-stone engagement ring can be resized from a size 7 to a size 5. She fell in love with a certain 3-stone princess cut ring and I didnt want to ask the jeweler in fear id look stupid. Any help would be zppreciated. I want to buy it for her, but if it cannot be resized to a 5, a waste of money...

Hi Heath,
No reason to feel reluctant to ask a jeweler any question, ask away. :-)
Nearly every three stone ring design can be easily sized afrom a 7 to a 5.
The only exception may be a channel or barset design.
