I received an otherwise great 1.7 ct diamond with a central top black inclusion. I've been advised that this could be drilled out. Has anyone had this done? Recommendation, please? I live in L.A.; someone in the jewlery district could do this for $70, but no guarentees on the work, i.e. destroying the diamond. Please help!
