Hello,
I luckily received a 2 ct diamond ring that's lovely except for a feathery, black inclusion at the top center. Is there anything I can do to treat this inclusion? Thank you.

No. This sort of thing is the reason that some diamonds cost a whole lot more than others, even when they have similar weight. It doesn't make the stone bad and it helps to keep the word 'flaw' out of your head. Every diamond has it's own character and can and should be loved for it's own beauty. 2 carats is a huge rock and it sounds like a genuine diamond. Congratulations. If it's a recent purchase and it's otherwise acceptable to you and the giver, the dealer who sold it may be willing to trade it for a smaller and higher clarity stone of comparable value.
