Why are baguette cut diamonds seldom (if ever) listed on diamond shopping sites? I would like to buy some baguettes to channel set them next to a large marquise center stone.

A significant portion of the value of baguettes is in the setting of them and the cost to set is considerably better if they are matched properly to the mounting. This is harder to do than it sounds. Most people find that they can save money and headaches by buying them from the same company that will be doing the setting work. Most have easy access.
