Hallo,
I am not so good in english but try to do my best.
I have a Certificate from GIA / Diamond Dossier Registry Nr: GIA xxxxxxxx.

Is it possible to find out who is the owner of this Diamond, a.s.o.

I have a small jewellery- shop in Sweden

Thank you for answer

No.

GIA has no way of knowing who buys and sells stones after they have examined them. I'm sure they know who submitted the job to them but I can't imagine they would release this information to a 3rd party for anything less than a court order to do so and even that isn't a statement of ownership.
