I am trying to decide between two rings. Here is the info on the first ring: princess cut, GIA graded, measurements 5.45 x5.38x3.99, carat weight 1.04, depth 74%, table 72%, girdle is medium to thick, cutlet is none, polish is excellent, symmetry good, clarity grade is VVS2, color grade is H, Fluorescence is none.
Here is the info on the second ring: princess cut, GIA graded, measurements 5.7 x5.67x3.76, carat weight 1.01, depth 66%, table 75%, girdle is medium to thick, cutlet is none, polish is good, symmetry good, clarity grade is VVS2, color grade is G, Fluorescence is none.
WHICH RING IS BETTER AND PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY???
Which ring would you choose?

cboykin,
If you compared the two diamonds side by side you would probably notice that the second diamond is noticably larger.
The difference between the "G" and "H" is going to be very difficult to distinguish once the diamonds are mounted into rings.
"VVS2" is VERY high clarity. Is there a reason you are not considering diamonds that are in the VS range? It'll save you some $$$ without any compromise in what can be seen to the naked eye.
The cut information on both diamonds is pretty limited, so that's a wash.
So, if the diamonds are available at the same price, pick the "G". Otherwise you'll have to determine if the premium associated with the second diamond is compensated by the higher color and larger measurements.
