Hi bobie1,
Tiffany's is a great store. They give wonderful service. They have a huge staff and beautiful surroundings. They will tell you exactly what you are buying and in most cases stand behind their product. Their jewelry comes in a famous blue box. Their prices reflect all of the above.
If you are willing to educate yourself a little by reading the tutorial on this site, you can purchase equivalent jewelry from on-line vendors or possibly your local jeweler and save a lot of money.
