Be aware that just because a stone is inscribed with an H&A doesn't always mean it will have a hearts and arrows image when viewed under the hearts and arrows scope. I've seen somes stones that didn't and yet were inscribed. Also are you sure you want a strong blue with an E color? Also do you have any idea on the light performance on the diamond? If not check out:

There's a price comparison table near the top of the page called ‘find an online jeweler’. Even if you aren’t planning on shopping online this is a pretty useful tool for seeing what stones cost in a highly competitive marketplace. It’s also an easy to see how the prices change when you modify one or more of the various elements. The accuracy of the grading and the details of the cutting can make a pretty big difference in the price and in the final look of the stone so be sure you’re comparing apples to apples.

Lists of stones at online retailers will give you some prices, however paper and numbers alone won't tell you how a stone will actually *look*. You would have to either see it and compare it yourself or deal with someone that at least looks at the stones that you trust. Many of the online listers, list the same stones and none are seen until you purchase up front.
