I am preparing to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend and have 1 question. I understand the 4 C' (I think) but on the EGL Cert for the diamond I am looking to buy it has a shape & cut rating of E. What does this mean? Good, bad?

Could be the color grade. Get a stone with a GIA lab report.
