I am pretty in a rush to get the rock for my marriage proposal .
looking for Ideal + cut and E colors / VS2 and above , none cutlet, none Flourscent.
I don't want to get rip off from the retail store here, was wondering if anyone has any good experience purchasing from online or direct wholesale center.
mainly looking at .5 to 1.2ct .... what I like most is the quality, rather than the size.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
