Stones with these specs ( "numbers") are currently selling at these prices. So in that sense, yes, the price is "fair", meaning it is representative of the market as a whole.
Now if you mean by the word "fair", am I getting top quality for the money, that is a question which can only be answered by applying various quantitative and qualitative tests to the stone such as detailed Megascope or Sarin Cut analyses and Light Performance analyses via Brilliancescope measurements. These tests will tell you whether this really is a top-flight creme de la creme diamond.

Actually, I do agree with Barry's answer. The price seems in the ballpark, but it's impossible to know for sure without a physical inspection.
