Seeking advice on a "great Deal"

I posted earlier about the "estate sale diamond" that was $2995 with the specs listed below. I was planning on spending more on a little bit nicer dimond, but I dont want to pass up a "great" deal. I am wondering just how good of a deal this is, if it is a great deal I plan on buying it in the next couple days. To my untrained eye the diamond looked good. any advice or insight would be greatly apprec.

"Spready and will look bigger than it's carat weight. Pavillion angle a bit deep, should be closer to 41, but overall a nice looker."
