I have a few options of where to buy the diamond engagement ring. They include Florida (USA), Germany, Spain and Belgium. Specifically, I was thinking that perhaps the best place to buy a diamond is Antwerp, and if need be I'd have it set at my jeweler. Is Antwerp a good place to buy, or should I go somewhere else? Where am I going to get the best price for the quality I am looking for is really what I'm wondering.
Any help is much appreciated.

Prices for diamonds are generally the same all over the world at the various levels of the industry. We've seen clients come back from vacations in Antwerp with "deals" which were no better than Triple Key High Retail here in the U.S. and we've seen others get some pretty good deals, it all depends on who you're dealing with. If you live in the U.S. we don't see why you don't work with one of the internet dealers here, the prices are exceptional and if you have a problem there are established safety nets to fall back on.
