I am looking at a 1 carat diamond on Overstock.Com and it lists it for $1,399. It does not provide a certificate but says the color is G-H and the clarity is SI1. Is this too good to be true?

It would be wise to purchase stones with certificates that are world renowned.such as G.I.A, A.G.S, E.G.L, H.R.D, I.G.I.
