I have came across an almosy what I call a perfect diamond for myself. It ia a 1.03 carats, E color, IF, depth 64.5% and table 59% (seems like a good cut). However the fluoresent shows slightly bluish. I am not sure what's the significant of fluorescent to a diamond. The price is a very attractive.
Can someone tell me if I should go for a diamond with fluorescent?with fluorescent?

The diamond seems a little heavy. I'm assuming that this is a Round diamond? I would not be too concerned with Faint or Medium UV but I would try to get a diamond a little closer to 60% depth. This one probably measures 6.1 - 6.2 mm. Look for something around 6.4-6.5mm.
