I have a ring I want to sell and here are the specifics, based on a GLA (not GIA) appraisal that came with the ring.

Brand New. Total Carat weight: 1.60 carates. Stamped and electronically tested solid 14k Total polished yellow and white gold unity ring adorned with genuine diamonds. Entire ring weighs 4.70 grams and fits finger size 6.75 but can be adjusted by a qualified jeweler. Setting measures 12.0 - 4.20 mm tapering down to 3.50 mm at the center of the shank.

Gemstones: • Genuine 1 Carat Diamond • Marquise Cut • Measures 10.50x5.30 (estimated 3.. depth) • Color G-H • Clarity I1

Adjacent Gemstones: • Six Genuine .60 Carat Diamond Baguettes • Marquise Cut • Measures 10.50x5.30 (estimated 3.. depth) • Color G-H-I Average • Clarity I1-I2

Thanks!

Let me see if I have this right. This item is a 1ct Marquise diamond G-H in Color and I1 in clarity and the diamonds in the ring weigh 0.60 similar color and I1/I2 in clarity and someone put a $19,999.00 appraisal value on it?

That's crazy! How much did you pay for it? You could try to sell it privately via a newspaper. I think you will find that this type of ring will have to be seen to sell. You could also try ebay. If you can get $2500 plus I think you'll be doing well.
