All I can say is that it has been nothing more than a horrible experience
1. Sized wrong!
-sent away for 3 weeks to resize it
2. white gold turned yellow after 1 week
-sent away for 3 weeks to change to platinum
3. Came back in platinum with black junk on the prongs and DENTS!
-got mad...they said they could fix it if we sent it away for 3 weeks...NO WAY!
I wanted to return full piece because i was unsatisfied...they said i couldnt do it because i thad been past 30 days and because it was a special order?!?! It was a special order because they made it in a size we asked??!!

Throughout all of this we asked numerous times for the GIA certificate we so many times asked for and were told would be no problem to get. Then after they said we would have it when we picked up the ring...they had some homemade certificate. Fine, I understand that not all diamonds are GIA certified, but please do not claim all of yours are GIA certified and then not be ablle to supply the certificate and then say "I can get that but we have to send it away and it will cost 300 dollars"...As you can see, I am never going there again!!! It feels good to be rid of them.
