I've ordered the following diamond and it is around USD 4000.00, is this a good deal ?

Carat : 0.74 ct
Color : D
Clarity : VVS2
Cut/Polish : Excellent/Excellent
Called Super Idea Cut with heart & Arrow
Floresence : slight

Any comment ?
