That question is very confusing, but if you are referring to price variations by county or city, I can address that for a second.
The only difference they might offer is the amount of sales tax they collect on each sale.
The main difference is from jeweler to jeweler, not among states or cities or counties. And jeweler prices vary tremendously, depending on more factors than I could list here, including company policy first and foremost. But also important is the price the jeweler pays, which varies according to factors like whether it is a memo to show you or an outright cash purchase from the supplier. Cost varies by the length of the relationship with the dealer, how much he buys from that dealer, their credit rating overall, whether they are paying now or over time, and much more.
Pricing is a VERY complex issue, so you just need to find a good diamond specialist with great prices and let them find your stone. Hope that helps.
