Hello-

I am a first time diamond buyer and would like to get more information on diamond certification. Zales has a special deal for students in my area and it seems like I will be able to purchase a better diamond for less. However, I am a little weary of purchasing a diamond that is not GIA or AGSL certified. Zales diamonds are certified by IGI (International Gemmological Institute). Does anyone know if the IGI is a trusted certification?
