I am considering buying a diamond and the price is not available on the price list on diamond review. It's characteristics are:
.45 Carat
G color
Si2 clarity
unknown cut
no GIA certificate

The asking price is $1200. Is this a reasonable price?

Sounds a little high for a non cert 0.45. You should be able to find a 0.50 + GIA certified diamond for the same money. Check out bluenile.com or uniondiamond.com.
